Reach a person

Talk to someone

Three doors, and you pick. None of them starts with a phone call unless you want one.

01 · I need capital and want real options

Start a request for funding options

Tell us the number and the situation. A funding specialist reads your statements the way an underwriter will and comes back with options in plain numbers — amount, total payback, daily or weekly amount, APR-equivalent — or with a frank 'not yet' and what would change it.

02 · I need to get out from under what I have

Talk through consolidation or a restructure

If you carry more than one position or the daily load is too heavy, a consolidation conversation through our network of partners can show you what one longer agreement would cost against what you pay today — side by side, total payback and all. Sometimes the answer is that it does not help, and you will hear that too.

PlainlyWhat it is: a new agreement, arranged by a partner in our network and priced like an advance, that replaces or covers the ones you have. It usually lowers the daily amount and raises the total you repay. That partner pays us if it funds.

03 · I just have a question

Ask the desk

No form to finish, no file to upload. Write what is going on and a person replies within one business day with a straight answer or a pointer to the right page.

When we are not the right call

If you have received a lawsuit, a judgment or a UCC notice, talk to an attorney this week. If a bank or credit union will say yes inside your timeline, take that. If the business is not viable at any payment, a nonprofit business counselor or a restructuring attorney will help more than any funder, including ours.

03 · Ask the desk

Write what is going on.

A few lines is enough. A person replies within one business day with a straight answer or a pointer to the right page.
