Terms of Use

Fairhaven Business Partners helps business owners understand and request working-capital products, including merchant cash advances (a purchase of future receivables, not a loan), revenue-based financing, equipment financing and business lines of credit, from its network of funding partners. Fairhaven Business Partners is not a bank. Products described on this site are offered by funding partners under their own agreements and underwriting.

Submitting a request is not an application for a specific product and does not guarantee an offer, an amount, a rate or a factor rate. Any figures on this site are illustrative. The terms that apply to you are only those written in an agreement you sign with a funding partner. Read every agreement before you sign it.

You confirm that the information and documents you provide are accurate and that you are authorized to provide them for your business. Our Privacy Policy describes how we handle them.

When you submit a request you agree to the following authorization: By submitting, you authorize Fairhaven Business Partners and its exclusive network of funding partners to obtain and review your business and personal credit, bank and processing statements, and related information from the sources you provide and from third parties, for the purpose of evaluating funding options for your business. You agree that Fairhaven Business Partners may share your application with its funding partners and marketing partners for that purpose, and that you may be contacted by phone, text, or email about your request.

You agree that we and our funding partners may contact you about your request by phone, text or email, as described in the Privacy Policy. You can withdraw consent at any time.

Guides and articles on this site are general information, not legal, tax or financial advice for your situation. Talk to a licensed professional before acting on them.

Do not use this site to submit false information, to impersonate anyone, to scrape or interfere with it, or for any unlawful purpose.
